The City Planner/Development Officer is responsible for co-ordinating land use within Camrose to ensure growth and development occurs in an organized, rational manner while maintaining and enhancing the quality of life. This is accomplished through the review of applications and regulatory documents to ensure compliance with current legislation. As well, the development office deals with all subdivision and redesignation applications and issues all compliance certificates, sign and fence permits.
