Engineering Services is responsible for designing, coordinating construction, and keeping records of all city projects. The department also oversees City Public Works Services which are contracted out to the private sector. These include Residential Waste Collection, Sanitary Landfill Operation and operation of the Recycling Depot. Engineering Services also provides administrative support for several Council Committees and Commissions including the Airport Commision and the Camrose Regional Landfill Authority. The Engineering Services office uses an Action Form system, so that if someone calls with a suggestion or complaint the information gets entered into the computer system immediately.
