Enevold Subdivision Design

Project Profile:
The proposed "Enevold" subdivision will be a multi-staged residential development located in the southwest corner of Camrose, just south of Duggan Park.
Stripping of the subdivision and temporary drainage control and environmental silt mitigation has been completed.
City Council have recommended that the subdivision be turned over to the private sector for development. Private sector developers will bid on the purchase and development of the subdivision. The sucessful developer will likely begin construction either late in 2007 or early in 2008.
