Project Profile:

The 41 Street Industrial lot development will be a multi staged development constructed in the heart of the Camrose industrial area.

With lot sales remaining strong for industrial lots, the City is proceeding with the first stage of this subdivision providing 1 acre lots abutting the existing 41 Street between 42 and 44 Avenue.

The project will see the addition of a storm sewer on 44 avenue in order to service the new lots south of 44 Avenue.

The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by the City Engineering Department.

Budget and Funding:

The budget to complete these projects if $450,000 with funding from City Land Fund Reserve / Off Site Levy's.

Schedule:

This project has been postponed until Spring/Summer 2007.
