41 Street Last Modified December 16, 2005 Project Profile: The 41 Street Industrial lot development will be a multi staged development constructed in the heart of the Camrose industrial area. With lot sales remaining strong for industrial lots, the City is proceeding with the first stage of this subdivision providing 1 acre lots abutting the existing 41st Street between 42-44 Avenue. In conjunction with this lot development, the City plans to complete the "CN Storm Retention Pond". Sanitary sewer mains were relocated in 2004 in anticipation of the final excavations of the storm pond. Additional storm sewer piping will be required to complete the construction of the pond this year. The City is also proposing to construct a "Snow Disposal" facility in this same area. Associated Engineering of Edmonton will be undertaking the design and citing of the facility with the intention of construction coinciding with the pond installation. ![]() Engineering: The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by the City Engineering Department and Associated Engineering. Contractor: Kran Construction Ltd. will undertake the Earthwork / Pond Construction. Budget and Funding: The budget to complete these projects is $1,300,000.00 with funding from City Land Fund Reserve / Off Site Levy's.
