Project Profile
City Council has authorized the construction of the underground servicing (water, sewer and stormsewer) to our newest subdivision currently referred to as Valleyview. We normally construct the underground utilities at least one year prior to constructing road and concrete works to allow time for settlement. This results in a much better finished product. By completing the underground construction for the subdivision we can respond quickly to market demand by developing as many or as few lots as required in any given year.
The Valleyview development includes a variety of lot sizes, shapes and prices, and numerous larger cul-de-sac lots. Valleyview will be a unique subdivision with the amenities of the valley, trail access, internal parks and a storm water management pond.
Engineering:
The design and site supervision of this project will be conducted by Bel-MK Engineering Ltd.
Budget and Funding:

Project Status:
Underground servicing began in October and was shutdown in November as a result of weather conditions.
Cleanup of servicing will be done in May 2004.
