Want to become a certified Lifeguard? We are offering the Lifesaving Society's National Lifeguard (NL) course. National Lifeguard (NL) builds on the skills and knowledge taught in the prerequisite certifications to develop a sound understanding of lifeguard principles, good judgement and a mature, responsible attitude towards the role of a lifeguard. Completion requires the ability to meet several timed endurance items including a distance swim.

The NL course runs Monday August 13th to Friday August 17th from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Cost is $266.00, required manuals included.

Prerequisites: must be 16+ years old, have a current Standard First Aid (SFA) and completed the Lifesaving Society's Bronze Cross (does not have to be current).
